Although there are only two of us in the household, we buy a box of 24 of the Chocolate Chip Hempseed Powerpancakes every 2 weeks. Why?Because I do a
LOT with them. We have them for breakfast, sometimes mixed with fruit and yogurt, sometimes toasted with some almond butter on top and sometimes just
plain but I prefer to heat them in our little convection oven. They brown nicely! Which I like. So, what else do I do with them? Eat them as a snack.
Eat them for lunch chopped up into a salad and whatever else I think might taste good on them at the moment. Hide them from my husband. Just kidding.
