I was going to take a picture of the cookie for a review, but I ate that thing like i hadn’t eaten in days it was that good. The texture was soft yet firm & It did not crumble or make a mess when I bit into it. I couldn’t believe how good it was! And I still eat full sugar treats! I find reviews can be skewed as some people haven’t had sugar or carbs or whatever for like 9 months then they review a cookie. I would totally recommend these & am going to order the chocolate chip ones right now.
